Good location around the city. Very accessible to all establishments. Good security. Good and nice staffs.

Pillows and bed sheet doesn’t smells good. But the rest is okay.

Great location near restaurants and Robinsons shopping mall.

The place us generally good. The location is also good - mall, coffee shop and wet market are located nearby. It is also near the port which make it an ideal place to stay with if your next trip is going to Guimaras. They've provided soap, basic toiletries, mugs and hot & cold water station. A budget friendly place to stay with.

Just some noisy and loud guests lounging in the common area. We had to call and text the front desk since they were really noisy even after it was past 10PM already. The front desk did take action. As a courtesy to the other guests, the hotel should implement quiet hours 9PM or 10PM onwards and have this posted on the common areas for the awareness of guests.

It is Good for a night stay, besides the mall and easy access to transport

WiFi is available and has a strong signal. Location is perfect for my needs...no need to take a taxi to go shopping or dining. every establishment i need is within the same building as the hotel. Water pressure is good both hot and cold.

I saw small cockroaches in the room TV was out of order the last time i stayed in the hotel

Proximity to city, standard room size, great room rate promo offer. Appreciate the availability of drinking water. Had some stuff to bring home, thanks for the temporary storage space.

No refrigerator but not necessary for me.

The hotel is located just outside the Robinson mall city proper. It is very convenient if you want a city tour.

There was a leakage in the aircondition. No slipper. Kindly provide atleast one pair.

Strategically located in the business center yet safe. The room though small was comfy and cozy.

clean room, hot water in the bathroom was always available, staff were courteous when asked how to get around the city, security staff were also courteous and helpful, value for money...will stay in Go Hotels Iloilo again.

minimal concern...the aircon was leaking but since the room wasbig enough for two,we just didn't place items beneath the aircon.

Poor service. Incorrect/poor info from reception staff. Staff didn't reply to my email about d amenities and d transport service availability (pick-up from airport and city tour which I previously booked) before our flight from manila.When i booked d transport (P798 airport to d hotel,, P2500 city tour, P3500 outside city tour, P2500 city tour) whilst I was still in melbourne, they told me that I just had to contact them again 1 or 2 days before d flight to confirm if d prices haven't changed. So I sent them an email a day before d flight. Their reply emails indicated that everything was being handled from their end as previously arranged. But when we arrived at d airport, there was no pick-up service. I rang up and found out that nothing was booked. We were a group of 12 with 2 kids, 2 senior citizens and one PWD so I panicked as soon as I heard d bad news. Luckily, we were able to get a van from d airport. It started to rain and d streets went flooded on our way to d hotel. Early hours of d first day of our holiday was terrible because of that. All five rooms that I booked were for 2 people (2 kids and 2 adults for room 307) but the bath towel and toiletries provided were for one person only per room and we still need to call for extra set for each room. Air conditioning was poor in d hallway and inside d elevator. Room 451 had a leaking air conditioning. We told d reception and they didn't even bother to check and to offer us a new room. So we just asked them to give us an extra floor towel that can hel catch d leaks from d aircon.

The hotel is very accessible to Malls, Taxi and food. The room is ok and we slept well.

The WIFI is not that strong. Also, we have arrived at 1:45PM expecting that we can now check in, but they refused and insisted that we have to wait until 2PM.

There was no closet to hang clothes and the aircon unit drips water in my room. Pillows were too soft. The electronic key card sometimes failed.

Room with a lots of cock croats. Advised hotel To take spray for cock croats but Not attended. Everytime we enter a room .. we saw small and big cock croats.. room 601. Some front desk Not friendly

Cleanliness

Wi-fi connection is not accessible in my room. They refreshed the connection a few times, however, nothing happens. They advised me to access the wifi connection outside the comfort my room :(

Technically, the location is convenient since it is at the heart of Iloilo plus it is just within robinsons mall so eating out and commuting is easy. Also, the staff responded quickly to their guest's requests.

It felt like the bed sheets are not properly cleaned since we are feeling itchy on our sleep. With regards to restroom, please add a bidet or at least dipper for toilet use. I think that is necessary for every restroom.

Location and friendly and helpful staff

Could do with a bidet in the bathrooms as in go hotel in Bacolod. Had made this suggestion in my previous star's comment.

Location convenient to all because it near to the mall. And the staff are very accommodating

The hot and cold water is not working I am trying to blend but there is not hot water on the shower, they only gave us 2 bath towels . They don't give hand towel.

Dirty towels. Sink not functioning .no cup no kettle inside the room. Rate quoted by booking .com was one thing but hotel charged higher. Not good
